1.	I don't have much time right now, I'm really tired after an interesting and intense day at MacWorld Expo. I wanted to send this message to the list, right now, concerning the message sent by Kenneth Laws, laws@computists.com.
2.	First, I removed Mr. Laws removed from the DaveNet database. I feel offended, even violated by what he did. What an aggressive thing to do! I want to be very clear, he did it without my permission or knowledge that he was doing it.
3.	I post opinion pieces on the DaveNet Mail site, and according to the logs it's one of the most-read parts of my website. I often post dissenting views. I believe in discourse. I never think I have the only valid viewpoint. Reading his message, I have no doubt that I would have posted it to the DaveNet Mail site.
4.	Sometimes I even circulate pieces to the list written by other people, even if I don't agree with their point of view, if and only if I think they would be of interest to the readership.
5.	I'm sure there will be more discussion on this. Right now I wanted people to know that I did not give him the list, or permission to mail to it, nor would I do that for anyone else.
